Good job in connecting with Blend Magazine Matt! I am just learning about this magazine and I have enjoyed what I have read so far. This may be the needed tool that promotes espresso beverages to the bar industry. I have experienced some bartenders who are resistant to having an espresso machine behind the bar, as it takes up too much time, and requires training.

I think Blend Magazine can help tie in espresso specialty drinks and signature drinks that are easy and simple to make. These drinks can involve liquor in the recipe or not. Bartenders do take pride in making special house drinks.
