Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
It is a nice size coffee shop/roastery and cafe with soft seating and live music throughout the week. I am the pm shift manager and roaster of all our coffees which are shipped from NY royal coffee. We carry green beans from all over the world and roast them in house.
About Me:
Been a barista for 4 years, and am also a very involved musician. Along with coffee and music, I go to church weekly and am very involved with that. I love to learn more about coffee and taste different types of things. check out my band at www.nearthemusic.com
About My Company:
I manage the pm staff at a specialty coffee house. I also roast 2 days a week. Around 120lbs a week.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love how there are no set rules. New things are being improved upon and created everyday.
