Alright, so I've been roasting specialty for a few years now. Just recently ran into a client that runs a fancy Greek restaurant and wants freshly roasted Greek coffee. I've had Turkish, Cuban, and some others, but never Greek. All I know about it is that it's an extremely light blended roast. Tomorrow I need to come up with a blend and profile for it, I have a good idea for the blend. If anyone has experience on tasting or roasting specifically Greek coffee your input would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
