A few years ago, I had a client come to me and say that they wanted to be the next Starbucks...I said, why would anyone come to your shop if they can go down the street, to a Starbucks and get something they KNOW They will enjoy, and never take a chance on you. It was easy to convince them that "hand crafted" drinks will set them apart...Now, they are proud latte artists and barista supporters. I'm only a home barista, but professionally, I connect my clients with local barista trainers.

About Me:
C’s Doughnut House & Bakery, where in 1977 as a teen, I started my foodservice career as a swing shift ‘doughnut’ man in the Sepulveda, Ca. shop. I ate and bear clawed my way through filling and dough and plenty of mopped floors up the proofing box and ended up the full time Pastry ‘Chef’ for the wholesale and retail store. Not yet realizing my full potential, I spiraled out of control and worked for a summer at the famous “Inn of The Seventh Ray” in Topanga Canyon . 400 lbs of grated cheese and 22 bushels of green beans later, I returned to C’s Donut House & Bakery to finish what I started by managing the store and bakery operations at 17. By 1981, I was well on my way to retiring my rolling pin and apron for an architectural scale.
In 1982, I launched my full time career of making things that were not edible, beautiful. Or, at least well planned...
About My Company:
CAFE DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Only Cafe DnA has the specialty coffee and architectural design expertise to get your retail cafe project permitted in any state in the country, including Puerto Rico.

We are an Interior Design & Architecture firm operating nationally providing retail food service planning with its primary focus on the specialty coffee industry.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It has and always will be the people...

Thanks for your help!We are only opened at one site, I put the brakes on the second site at the 11th hour and was so relieved. Why didn't you keep the picture of Laure up? Did you tell her it was there and gone so quickly that no one would notice?

That's great to hear-say "Hi" for me when you see them
I'm working with Bruno to bring in the best Brazilian coffees from the Cerrado and S. Minas regions.
