The course is 7 days long, from Sunday to Saturday, and is totally hands on, you pick and mill your own coffee.

I'm on it. As a coffee roaster as well as a Barista and shop owner. I want both. I'm on it now and will report back with all new converts. Only one requirement I WILL impose besides joining BX and that will be joining this under used group and forum. Espresso shot masters rule.
