Thanks for the welcome Mike. Just getting my feet wet I guess. Rather than jumping right in I've found that it's best get familiar with the site, read the posts, and find some friends...LOL. I'm a mod at another site and have pretty much seen it all, so I don't wanna make the mistakes some newbies do. :-) Rich

hey mike it says you are online. i keep calling your office but no answer. i am locked out of my system. I spoke with one of your reps a couple of weeks ago asking why every 6 months i have to get an access codes. this makes life very very difficult. Now, i cannot ring customers! I had to turn a couple of people away because they did not have cash. Mike please call me back! this is very hard for a small coffee shop like myself not able to use the system?
