Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We roast our own coffee on a “57” Probat 28K and sell it wholesale and through 2 retail outlets in the St. Louis area. We are a full city roaster that roasts in the tradition of the Great Northwest. We buy great greenbeans that are directly sourced through our broker. We are currently roasting about 1,000 lb. per week and have about 400 customers per day between the two stores. We have competed in the Barista Contest with no results to date. We do latte art use 21 grams at 25 to 30 seconds on Linea machines.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Central America and Sumatra.

I understand. The site does serve a great purpose for the industry though, that's why i thought you'd like it. Plus, you're like a god on here... coffee industry professional for around 20 years! That's 10 times longer than me! I made coffee for my entire family for Thanksgiving: Papua New Guinea. Everyone loved it; thanks.
