- I was trained by Counter Culture Coffee representatives in Atlanta and am currently a barista in a high volume shop in a college town. I am rewriting the company training manual and have successfully petitioned for a greener shop (organic beans, compostable cups, etc.).

- I go where I am called.
- About Me:
- I dropped out of college for rather pretentious/socially conscious reasons. I made a commitment after my break with academia to work at things that promote justice. In my work as a barista, I seek to pull the best shot while keeping in mind the people it took to make that 25 second process possible.

- Cambridge Coffee was a corporate endeavor by the daughter of a rather well known Nascar driver.

As for the cuppings...great. This morning was our Washed Idido Misty Valley, Kenya Gaturiri, and a new crop Aceh Gayo Sumatra Decaf. Fun times. Ya'll are always welcome to drop in when you have time! If I know you're coming (and you get stuck in traffic) I'd even be happy to set up another flight for the latercomers.
Also, if ya'll are ever in town on a Thursday night and willing to put $5 on the line, Octane's "Thursday Night Throwdowns" are in full swing. One shot, one pour, one winner. Latte art fun for all to see.
