Hey, hunt, I'm officially on the Fast Track here at Goats. It's pretty awesome. I need to get down to Griffin soon. First weekend I have off, I'm there! Come to the TNT at Octane after next, and we'll spro spar.
Hey, Hunt. Great hanging with you guys at SCAA. Good luck getting those flavor componets not to ooze out so much with that delicious bean. A though though: maybe it's better that they are?
One thing I learned in the labs is that some flavins in the beans aren't so great tasting. It might be better that it's so drippy. The only downside may be that it looks bad. Screw it, though. You know?
Try making a really light batch and seeing how that tastes. If it's good, cool. It might not ooze as much after 3 days.
You know what I want? A coffee that tastes like snozberries.

Very bohemian coffeehouse - we roast everything in-house and have an aggressive shelf policy. Full music venue in the basement. Art in every cup. We wholesale fresh roasted beans.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I love them all and want to go to every single one of them.
Yeah, coffee is what I do and in many ways, who I am - not to get metaphysical on y'all. I have a long-term vision of helping specific non-profit orgs in growing regions to start cottage industries of coffee farming.
