Profile Information

What is your position in the coffee industry?
barista, barista trainer, coffee enthusiast
Where are you located? ( City and Country )
Brooklyn, USA
How many years have you been in the industry?
ten
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am quick to pick up new tricks. I have a lot of tricks of my own that I would love to share. I am learning fast and can pick up fast on machines and beans. I am really good and solving problems that prevent one from pulling good shots. I love talking anything about the coffees any where. I am humble. Which I think is a good thing to be in order to teach people.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere!
About Me:
I do art. Coffee and visual art. I'm from Utah. There is not much coffee there. I've worked as a barista for seven years, since I started at Zoka I've learned so much more. I would really like to share with all. When I was sixteen I saved up my money to go to coffee fest in Las Vegas. That's how much it excites me. I am quiet at first meeting but only because I am easing into a new place or person, but after a few minutes I sometimes explode with excitement
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
All the different techniques, tricks, and factors that go into it all.

Today is a hard day for the espresso and me. Together we try so hard.
The grinder broke. Therefore we stopped or went to fast. What trials we've had today. Now it is cold and we don't can't handle all this change at the same time. Weak and weeping, trickle down.
