I thought I'd give Starbucks another chance in grinding my some coffee for my home unit, since I haven't got a grinder. This time I asked them to set their grinder for between Espresso and Turkish. Again it wasn't fine enough, but at least I can use it in my drip pot maker. Even tried the Port City Java here in Wilmington and same thing. Either the people don't know their equipment or it's getting worn out. Sad thing is that when I first started getting it ground at Starbucks I had no problem.

Might Be a good time to invest in a grinder...no?
I am but it's going to take awhile. The grinder I'm looking at is one of three, all two are Macap, the MC4 doserless and stepless, or the M4 doser and stepless. or a Mazzer Mini. But the way the econo is and with a family of 4 to support it looks like it won't be until this summer.
Just buy a grinder.
