yama/ kyoto "ice drop" coffee
I recently bought a "kyoto style" ice coffee maker from yama- I've experimented quite a bit, but was wondering if anyone else has experience or recipes to try with these.

On our 8-Cup:
75g coffee
975g water
2hr 30min brew time
"Drip" (on a Bunn or Grindmaster, "3" on a Mahlkonig) grind setting
Adjust to taste.
