stainless steel porter filter baskets vs teflon coated porter filters Is there a taste difference to espresso?
I am planing to buy 3 porter filters 1 teflon 1 stainless bottomless 1 gage to compare the taste.
i would love to hear from barista that have used teflon coated porter filter baskets.

Tastewise I would not necessarily expect a big difference between the teflon coated and the stainless steel ones. Cleanliness rulez ! In case of the stainless steel one, cleaning is normally easy. Not sure if I would use teflon coated stuff. Although non sticky thus theoretically even easier to clean, I'd have fear to scrub off the coating pretty soon.
