Today I am enjoying a very nice organic Sumatra from Salt Lake Roasting Company in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Coffee always tastes better when on vacation.

All the best,

Costa, oh Costa, how do I love thee, let me count the ways....
Counter Culture "La Golondrina" Micro-Lot from Odair Achipiz - Cauca, Colombia. This is becoming a quick favorite. Super sweet toast and caramel flavors and a pleasant light fruit note with balanced acidity. Yumm!!
Brasil Poco Fundo and Mexican Chiapas FTO... Mexican's are so unappreciated!
Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with a splash of 2% and some raw sugar.
Rumukia, Kenya AA from Ritual Coffee Roasters.

Just like to very creative description........sweet and tart, pinapple, orange soda.....

MMMmmmmm tasty!
Double shot over ice, cream and a splenda. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Fast and furious!
Guatemala Antigua Finca El Valle from Batdorf. Muy delicioso! Malty chocolate, rich caramel and light rum. French Pressed.
Colombian Supremo Spectacled Bear...
oh and a lovely dark and dry apple cider from Spire in Oly.
3 Cheers for Dark and Dry!
Oh yeah did I mention that it was Geisha?
A steamy carafe of 49th Parallel's Yergacheffe from my technivorm, planted right here on my desk, and I'm not in a sharing mood today.
Sometimes, you just want 4 cups of coffee in a row, ya know?
