We've decided it's time to bring in new brewers for drip coffee. Based on our current service company, we're looking at Fetco brewers. I'd love to hear any feedback on particular models that y'all are using, or strong cases for other equipment. We're high volume, and have at least four different drip coffees going (including decaf).

I have worked with Bunn, Fetco, and Grindmaster consistently. I would put Fetco at/near the top of the pack in terms of brewers. Really very stable and high quality. Good recovery time and I believe they have options for programming like pulse brew. They just came out with digitally controlled water towers that will adjust within one degree Farrenheit (very stable with the PID system). Grindmaster is also excellent. Easily programmable and very stable as well.
Do your self a favor and just get the Fetco.

I would recommend the 2052 if you need higher volume. Wire it for 3 phase.
