Syrups
I am trying to remember the name of a syrup brand. I really like it but the last few days it has escaped my memory. The brand has a year in the title. 1888 or something like that.
anyway, what is the name of it, and what are your thoughts on it, or your preferred syrups in general.

It is Routin 1883. Many shops use this brand. I am more of a Monin kind of guy, sorry I don't have much taste profile feedback for you. I do know that they use fructose instead of cane sugar. You should get samples of a few different flavors and compare with Monin and Torani. Good luck...
