They make their own, and I am assuming that they integrated some technology from different Probats, I am taking about the 5 Kilo and a 10 Kilo. He also told me that, their machines are not run with natural gas, they used LP in Mèxico who gives a stronger heat.

Thank you Travis, I just came back from Mexico and I saw some really nice roasters, the owner told me that they have the same technology as the Probats, and the good thing is that they are at half price. I am planing to open a coffee shop in Mexico in June, these roaster uses a green technology too so the after burner is not necessary. I was actually quite impressed, well maybe because I really don't know but the owner gave us a detail and very professional explanation.
