About Me:
I am in the formidable stages of achieving my dream. I've had a long sweet relationship with coffee, and yet I feel unsure of where to begin sometimes. Any and all of your help would be greatly appreciated. I am planning to serve a town that has no coffee culture whatsoever. It feels like it is my mission in life to create an environment around coffee in a location that sorely needs it, but doesn't know it yet. I've told myself that even if a big chain were to roll into town only to put me out of business, and that I fail terribly, this is still something I need to do. I'm putting everything on the line here in such a way that I really don't think failure will ever be an option. I'll invite any and all of your help to create a coffee community in little, ole Alachua, Fl.

I have been a nurse for the last 7 years. Although an incredibly rewarding profession at times, and after many years of internal conflict with striving to enjoy my role, I recently decided to leave a safe and secure career to float around and see where the world takes me. Throughout my journey I am finally and excitedly surrendering to the answer to that question many of asked me in the past, If you never had to worry about money, what would you be doing?"--"Running my own cafe(!)"
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The international community of good Samaritans always ready to help and share their knowledge.
