We will work to create an efficient, creatively electric, organized environment for ourselves, our staff and our customers. We share a passionate enthusiasm for bringing freshly roasted, individually prepared coffee, espresso with love and care. Our intention is to contribute to raising the standard of what is expected in espresso and single origin coffees and to provide a solid, consistent product one cup at a time.

hey mel, sorry it's been so long since we've been in touch. i'm sure you're busy like always, as am i. not too much is new. i'm still at small town slinging away and i'm at that cocktail lounge a couple of nights....i'm also learning accounting which is kind of cool, could be useful and profitable....i might start singing with this one guy....still in love with the boy, shawn, and trying to figure all that stuff out. hope all is well with you, i miss you lots :)

There are definately no 3rd wavers out here. There is one that tries to be--they are in Pagosa Springs. They are called LaTazza and they use the some Portland coffee school. But their 'spro is not as good as yours. Matt keeps saying, "It's not as good as Coffeeslingers"....as he dumps in his splenda.
