That skull shift knob would have 2-3 holes around the neck which screws.  If you have your own tamper, bring it with you and you will see how the shift knobs can be attatched.

If you blow up the picture of the skeleton head, you can see on the neck where you would bolt down the screws to the tamper threads.  That's how most of them will attatch to the tampers

Yep it works.  You might need an allen wrench to bolt it on, but it works.

I just talked to someone at espresso parts today.  Here's the number that I used  8004595594.  Another option that you can do is purchase a tamper base with tamp piston base threads and go to Pepboys or some autoparts shop and buy shift knobs for your tamper.....LOTS OF CHOICES =)
