thanks dooder, your drinks are lookin pretty sweet too. If I could give one small word of advice...take your time. Mostly slow down your cut back but just take your time with the whole thing.
Thanks for the comment! If I remember correctly that is a hot chocolate. We use guitard chocolate. It has a consistency slightly less viscous than Hershey's syrup chocolate. Depending on how thick your chocolate is, the espresso may also help make it easier to pour into and make give you a lot of really great color to work with. Let me know what you come up with!
