Thanks for the comment! If I remember correctly that is a hot chocolate. We use guitard chocolate. It has a consistency slightly less viscous than Hershey's syrup chocolate. Depending on how thick your chocolate is, the espresso may also help make it easier to pour into and make give you a lot of really great color to work with. Let me know what you come up with! thanks, we re-arranged it all yesterday to give us more room with the coffee, so its awesome to work in now. I love the tulip, I can't get the hang of it!
