Just read your post about the Aurelia and your drip tray woes. The drip tray is easily removed, and I was just thinking, it would probably be pretty easy to make a custom drip tray, one that is maybe a bit deeper, or drill a hole or two and run some tubing from the holes to the drain. Just a couple of thoughts.

we have the truck and a few of the other major pieces of equipment already
we'll be running two 220v pieces of equipment: the espresso machine and the water tower
Shadow, Yes we have tried SG Seda Dulce. My second favorite espresso of SG next to San Remo!
