That's a great rosetta video, it's times like this that I wish I would have known about barista exchange earlier, because I was just recently in Athens and the best espresso I found was at Evergreen, I think it was by the Syntagma stop, but I would have loved to have found more. I guess there is next summer.
If I`m able to get enough sponsor support, I`ll love to recruit world-class baristas (only for a couple of days) for the free training for the local baristas in each destination.

older one 6, 5 is having temperature, younger 1,5 is crying all night, i didnt have a normal night sleep for years, and today i m at home cos im not feeling well so no coffee...kids, joy of life!!!????
hello hello from way up north :D it's actually not too cold right now, a measly -5°F to -10°F thanks in part to global warming we alaskans believe...we did have a usual spell of -50°F for a week or so in december however...that was fun haha all part of the crazy lifestyle we have. how's greece this time of year?
