If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
i'm just an alaskan hippie obsessed with everything coffee. i'm always excited to learn new information about the industry, from the ground to latte art and every nuance in between. one of my dreams is to end up as a citizen of new zealand and have my own coffee lounge/coffee bar. traditional cappuccino or espresso martini, anyone?

Hey Emily! I had a great time in Fairbanks! But its nice to be back in the 60 degrees and rainy weather of Portland :) Hope all is well.
Try to get everyone else on Barista Exchange too... It's a great way for me to be able to continue harassing you guys!

get a horse ride roast ... ha ha any tips you ned on this part of the world just ask it's tuesday night my party night. what is it like for coffee in iceland lets trade some bags of beans curiousssssssssss..
Being a kiwi I may be the wrong person to ask... my experience of coffee in Sydney is as a consumer. Danes does have a strong reputation- but you could also approach some of the top names there- Orign Coffee and the like. There is also a book put out "Sydney Guide to Coffee" which I believe lists every quality cafe complete with email/website and physical address. I know its available from Dymocks Book store- you may be able to get it online sent to you or ask one of the Aussie BX'ers to buy and send it to you. It could be very helpful
Thanks for your prompt response!
I`m not sure if I`ll be able to go sooner, the plan is to get there by beg August.
I`m used to being a little uncomfortable, as I frequently visit the Patagonia for trekking, mountain bike, flyfishing, etc(Ushuaia has kind of similar weather conditions, but a little bit lighter).
I will let you know if I have any other question (I`m sure I`ll write you soon). Thanks for all your help!
My name is Federico, nice to meet you.
I have a question that is not related with coffee: I`m planning to go (in an ATV) from Seattle to Prudhoe Bay by August. Do you think it would be possible (weather)?
