Hi Heather! I watched the Millrock Latte Art gig at the Nov, 2007 Seattle Coffee Fest. I was very impressed with the knowledge and energy you continuously radiated while hosting that event. I got a chance to meet you back then, but not a chance to compliment your work. I hope you take your class soon too!
hey heather I am a huge fan especially of your expansive knowledge of the various coffees and what it takes to make it great. I hope someday to make it out there and enjoy some of the great espresso and single origin coffees I always drool over when looking at the Kklatch website.
You made a great performance at the USBC, and I´m sorry you didn´t get your 4th victory ... I wish to have half of your expertise in 6 more years.
