thanks for the compliment! i really need to order some espresso from you guys. what do you dose at? I am overdosing a 18 gram basket to about 20 grams right now, but i am feeling the urge to go higher on my dosages... what do you think about a 21 gram filter overdosed to like 23?

I was only able to make it up for the smackdown, but that in itself was a truly amazing experience. Everybody was wonderful; you just can't beat the coffee community, not a chance! I'll definately be stopping by Vivace in the upcoming week or so, hope to see you there.

Thanks for the comment.....I'm opening a coffee, food and wine bar. THe core is coffee, however with the location I have (great one) I need to have other revenue angles to survive...ie wine/food.
