wow congratulations. how do you go about starting a coffee shop with out ever having worked in the industry? did u hire consultants? how is it all going? i have helped open one coffee shop and worked with the transition of owners in another. pretty heavy duty. lots to think about. so my hats off to you. my sister lives near the bay I will send her by.

We are doing fine, just a bit overwhelmed with everything :) I think we'll close escro in about 3 weeks. We have most of our vendors figured out, but there is still a lot that needs to get done, it's crazy! How are you? How are things with your coffee shop?

They cupped the monkey parchment and the Pele and a third (Pear) - all in a vacuum press...amazing flavors in the stuff! Are you going to go to Ritual Roasters grand opening in Napa next weekend?
