Raspberry chocolate brownies & coffee

I came across this chocolate brownies recipe in one of many supermarket magazines diligently collected during my supermarket shopping trips. I’ve never baked chocolate brownies before so I was really looking forward to results anticipating nothing but pure success.

Mocha mugs

This is one of my favorite coffee recipes from the book: The top 100 International coffee recipes (written by Mary Ward).



Serves: 4



You will need:

- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 cups hot, freshly brewed coffee (regular or decaffeinated)

- 2 cups milk (2%)

- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup whipping cream
