i feel that in 2 years i've fallen into this position pretty smoothly. i want to learn as much as possible! i feel that being a barista is a skill that can take me to all of the places that i really want to go! while i still have a lot to learn, i think i have a fairly solid foundation to work off of.

i'd love to see all of the world, but i'm mostly interested in traveling through the pacific northwest. i'd love to pull a few shots in a truly busy and appreciative environment.
About Me:

While we provide amazing coffee from New Harvest, we also give back to the community that supports us and the environment we take from. We strive to be as close to waste free as possible,we use organically grown and fairly traded products whenever possible and we give 5% of profits to local and national causes. I am proud to be a part of something so genuine and truly surprised that a company like this exists in Connecticut!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
