Hi Ben, thanks for the advice. I don't have a problem with the forks on the grinder, I've adjusted them as low as needed. They fit a La Marzocco pf comfortably but my Dalla Corte sits a little high.
The fork was also very sharp and scratched the pf, so I've added a wee bit of tape.
The only issue with the doser for me is the vanes, which leav a small ridge of coffee around the outside edge of the doser. If you know an easy remedy for this let me know. Cheers Troy.
