Our shop is located in a busy downtown district. Lots of professionals. Developers are adding residences to downtown area and I'd like to figure out ways to serve them better.

Sorry Will, you caught me out while I was teaching/judging the Western Regional Barista Comp in LA...just got back from the red-eye today and hit the ground running...I am only here for 2 dyas before heading off to St. Louis to do the same thing at the mid-west regional....
