About Me:
I'm a roaster, barista, and coffee geek to the bone who couldn't get coffee out of my life! I actually taught high school Spanish for years after college but always was drawn back to coffee. So, I started Noble Coffee Roasting. I know a lot about coffee but I know that I have a lot more to learn...

On another note, I'm married to my beautiful wife Carolyn and we have two kids named Adrian (age 4) and Julian (age 2).
About My Company:
Noble Coffee Roasting is an artisan micro-roaster of fine, organic and fairly traded coffees. We have both a retail and wholesale business and for both we offer the finest in equipment, including such names as Technivorm, Baratza, Bodum, La Marzocco, Rio, etc.

You are doing things right Jared, I do commend you.

Since sampling that unctuous ice dripped goodness in the first week of June, it now pops in my head on hot afternoons. You will see me soon :-)

Hey Mike,

Nice to 'meet' you. I didn't try the the Ipanema Special Reserve. The Carmo de Minas (Campo da Minhas?) was probably my favorite if I were looking for a single origin Brazil. I felt it might have been too citrusy for espresso, although that obviously depends on what you're going for...

Cheers,

Jared

Hey Jared,

Mike here from Coffee Klatch Roasting. I sent Joel an email and saw where you had some comments on his Brazils. Did you try the Ipanima Special Reserve or Carmo de Minas. They were my top two over the Ipanema Gourmet (which was smooth).
