Looking for a used 8 inch stack - approximately 30 feet long. Anyone have, or know of, one for sale?

Stephen -

I have a stack available for sale but doesn't meet your specs - it is 12"ID so you could probably increase to this size. Anyway, here is what I have:

Selkirk IPSC, 12" ID, 3" fiber insulation, 18"OD. I have about 15 ft. so you would have to acquire more. I have brackets, adjustable sleeve, collar, etc. Lots of parts. Replacement cost is about $2,000. You could probably add two 8' sections to get your desired length. I have attached a pic of my stuff & a brochure. If interested, please make a reasonable offer.

Darn, I have a 10" stack about 10'. By stack I assume you mean metal chimmy pipe to vent a roaster?
I ran my 8" vent from the roaster thru the outside wall into a 10" ventchuri (sorry about my spelling) stack chimmy system. Radically increases the flow / efficiency of the roaster. Will share this concept / system with anyone interested.
Best of luck with finding the stack you need Stephen.

10 inch is my min. So a 12 would work. The cost is generally higher though, which is a concern. I may be able to work with what you have, I will let you know.

I do mean the chimney, yup.

You are venting horizontally and then up? Will not work in my current situation, but am always interested in learning more!

I may also have interest in what you have as well - may have to piece some stuff together.
