I've never been a fan of flavored coffee. My mom obsesses with it like it's liquid gold. Sorority girls (I'm in a college town) have told me that's all they drink and would order large amounts if I offered it. Respectable practice to roast, blend, and offer it? nope. not in my opinion. However, it's a variation of the beverage that I'm passionate about that other demographics enjoy AND a market for it. God knows if they dont buy it from me they'll get some elsewhere. I may as well offer what they want.
So there are giant metal tubs of alcohol-based flavor compounds that stink up my roastery like a candle factory, OR powerbeans which are added before sealing the package, no smells involved. The powerbeans are seemingly my best option. does anyone have any wisdom on this subject? pros/cons/other options?

not sure why we can't seem to get people to simply buy a bottle of syrup for home use or ask for it at the shop. Lazy people!
