Cupping at Cultiva this Friday at 3PM for all who didn't get a chance earlier in the week. CoE style. Our CoE Honduran samples arrived yesterday. After we return from Minneapolis, we'll sample them, yet again, to see which Lot Cultiva will be chasing

ian. tamara. ross. i spoke with chris from sweden here at the COE and he does something really awesome on his menu. his espresso changes based on season and rotation much like ours and black cat. he has a spot on the menu board reserved for that. he says something like "in the espresso today" but for us it could be the week. have a breakdown of beans, roast and short taste description based on our tastings and everyone's opinions. and people can see whats going into their ristretto, machiatto, cortado, or cap before they wanna supersize it or add some ridiculous syrup flavor. how do you think this would go over? i just think its so awesome. he also charges different prices each time because his coffees range in price quite a bit. which i also think is awesome but we cant all be so fortunate haha. it sounds like a good way to promote education and tradition, ideas?
