Hi,
I am a super passionate Barista with a little over a years experience in a small but fanatastic coffee shop in Kalispell, MT. I am planning on moving to Eugene, OR this fall (beginning of September) and am looking for some fabulous coffee shop to work at and be enriched by! I just took the Barista Certification test that the SCAA offers and passed the hands on test, but am waiting for the written test results to find out if I'm 100% certified. I am very detail oriented and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy and make the best drink possible.
I am also interested in all aspects of the coffee industry, from the green coffee, to roasting, to handing the customer a perfect latte.
I have attached my resume for anyone who is interested.

I used to live in Eugene and there are a few cool shops down there. I managed at Perugino for a while and am still friends with the owner. You may also try Wandering Goat Coffee Roasters, they may have some leads on wholesale accounts or their retail bar. My friend Chuck lives in Eugene and owns a micro roaster called Cafe Bonito too.

Good luck, and if you have other questions, feel free to email me.
Awesome! I'll try all of those places. It's nice to know which coffee shops are more serious about good coffee and such.
Thanks!
Becky

Hi Becky, did you find a Barista gig yet? You might check out some of the cafe reviews on my site: www.4loveofcoffee.com and check out some of the Eugene cafe reviews to get an idea of places that may be a good fit for you. I'd be happy to introduce you to some shop owners too. Good hunting! - Cash c(_)
Hey!
Thanks for your suggestions, it's awesome to find someone so willing to be helpful. I actually did find a position as morning manager at a Coffee Shop/Wine Bar here called Perugino, so my immediate search is over, but I'll still check out your site, it sounds cool!
Thanks again!
