Live in the Cayman Islands
We'll do a six month placement for our indi chain of four small rag-tag coffee shops... fly by seat of pants operation. Pay ain't great but it's half decent. Base would be about $1,900 a month US, plus tips figure close to another $1,000 a month... there are NO INCOME TAXES IN GRAND CAYMAN... you keep every cent you earn...
Applicant must complete medical, X-Ray, blood test and have police clearance certificate to obtain work permit.
Great staff and customers... shops are busy...

Grand Cayman has 150 snorkle sites and over 100 dive sites, amazing beaches, English speaking... almost no crime... you can work on your tan and meat some really interesting people.

I am looking for somebody with really inventive barista skills who can show some new tricks to our existing staff.

Hi Matt;
We are quite serious about this (but) we are looking for a superstar who basically wants a six month paid vacation to do what they love to do anyway... superstar being the operative word. We have staff that have been with us for 3-4-5 years... looking for somebody to teach them new tricks, tune up equipment.
Cayman has expression 'soon come'... meaning... we will do it later... island life pretty laid back... Ideal person does double shots when they show up for work and enjoys cleaning burrs because the hum is off...
