Is home roasting anything like comercial roasting?
Im interested in getting a roaster for my house(just to mess around on) and I want to know how much does it compare to roasting in bigger machines? I dont expect to buy home roaster then jump into commerical roasting or anything. I just not sure how the two compare, maybe some roasters can way in.
