I am visiting my sister in Boston until this Sunday. I already have plans to visit equal exchange (our shop's super delicious supplier) but is there anywhere you guys recommend/work that I should check out?

Thanks!

I've only heard of a few shops. I want to visit as well.

Look into:
Barismo
Crema
1369
Diesel
Espresso Royal
Highly recommend Diesel Cafe. It's a fun place to hang out with friends, grab a bite to eat, or kill time!
Sip is in Post Office square pulling Terroir on a La Marzocco, really nice baristas. Simon's in Cambridge also has a great staff and good coffees. Crema and Diesel didn't blow me away when I tried them. A bit outside of Boston in Newtonville, Taste Coffee House served me a wicked macchiato of their 3 group Synesso. A visit to Barismo's retail shop is something I intend to do next time i'm in the area, they roast some awesome coffees.
Caffe Vittoria on Hanover St. in the North End has a fabulous collection of early espresso machines. It's like an espresso museum. A must-see for any barista.
