If you were a judge in a barista competition, how would you judge for " the best coffee concoction?"

(Hopefully some real judges will jump in here, but to keep this alive until they do, here are my thoughts.)

My first thought is to do it "Iron Chef America" style:
10 points taste (considering flavor and balance with the coffee)
5 points presentation
5 points originality

I might tweak the weightings - giving more weight to originality vs presentation.
