FS/FT: Aurelia Plus 2 Group Location: Charlotte, NC

I have for sale a 2004 Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Plus 2 Group.  An Italian Deli purchased the machine in 2005 and was in use up until last Sept 11.  The machine was operational when purchased, but needed some work.  I purchased the Aurelia to either use in my own location or to make a couple bucks to put towards a new machine.

I used Espresso Analysts out of Indiana/Pittsburgh, Pa.  Very knowledgeable, passionate, and great guys that make up the company.  Really cool dudes that hooked me up on the work.  If you are in the Burgh area, I would highly recommend them.  http://espressoanalysts.com/ They asked me how I wanted them to approach the service.  I told them to address everything and get the machine to a 100%.  I feel really good about the condition of this machine, and wouldn't hesitate using it in my own business.  Why am I selling?  Well, I decided to relocate one last time *hopefully*, and moved down to Charlotte. After noticing some deals on foreclosures I decided to pick up two condos.  I won the bid on the one, and awaiting the other.  So I got my hands full at the moment, and will probably try to grab at least two more in 2012.  I'd rather not have this machine sitting that whole time.  Still plan on doing a coffee business in the near future, but taking advantage of the buyer's real estate market while it's here.

Back to the machine.  So after the service/partial rebuild *not sure what to label it as*, the shots were pulling great, temp was stable, pressure was steady, and no leaks.  Back flushes were going off without any problems.

The only thing I didn't have them work on, was the long LED display that says "Good Morning, Aurelia" when you turn it on and "Enjoy!" after you pull a shot.  Don't confuse this with the small programming display to left side of the machine near the key.  The programmers display works just fine.  This is the longer display that doesn't serve much purpose except for it to break *which it did*.  It might be something simple, but they were already hooking me up with the labor and didn't see the need.  There are enough "good mornings" going on in a coffee shop and I won't miss not getting one from my espresso machine.

The exterior of the machine is in pretty good shape, but not perfect.  The silver side plastic panels are in good shape.  I gave the grey/black pieces that surround the bottom of the machine a respray as they were needed it.  Few scratches or marks on the stainless, but I think she's pretty.

Trying my best here to accurately describe the history, condition, mechanics, and appearance of the machine.  I like the community that is here on the boards and in coffee in general, and wouldn't want to push-over, deceive, or screw over someone.  Like I said, I wouldn't hesitate using in my own coffee business.  The machine doesn't come with a warranty by myself or the guys from Espresso Analysts.

So what I'm looking for.  Honestly I could put a listing price and take offers, but I'm just going to put out there my flat bottom price of $3500.  If your offer is less than that, then please don't bother.  I feel that this is a fair price for the Plus model Aurelia being in great working condition and having a recent full service.  Machine wasn't put into use since rebuild and is in same quality since having work done.  The machine is located in Charlotte, NC 28278.  Will deliver in the Charlotte area for free *just need a hand unloading it from the car and putting it where you want*.  I don't know much about shipping espresso machines and the costs related, but you want it shipped it's your dime.

Might consider a trade or trade + cash for a single group for my new condo.  Place comes with a wetbar which I'm just itching to put a machine on.

Any questions feel free to ask.  You can also call or text me 908-208-6958

Thanks,

Jay Raz
