I want to introduce the drip bar method to our customers but, I am concerned with how demanding this process could be. What exactly do I need to think about when operating a drip bar at our shop is my question? Press pots are a given, but I am also toying with chemex and vac pots... Any advise will be appreciated

A good bulk grinder is a must for any of these. I haven't really decided yet but I think French Press is my favorite.
I loved that Methods coffee and tea lounge in Atlanta Georgia uses the chemex process. I will put a second bulk grinder on my list and I know I need a separate water tower as well...
