Absolutely priceless... I just sent an email to all our staff... we normally keep the cups on top of the espresso machines... that's just warm... I love the handle under hot water... love it... love it... love it...

I'll suggest crushing up some Ritalin in the cup before adding her beverage of choice.. You'd be doing her and everyone else who has to tolerate her that day a noble service. Doesn't help you or your baristas per se, but it would be awfully altruistic of you.

You could always post a sign reading, "trouble customers will be shot.. survivors will be shot again.."
