I have owned a coffee shop for about 10 years and am thinking of branching out into a hut in a more high traffic location.  Has anyone ever owned both?  I am needing any advice on the pros/cons of a hut.  Currently in our store we serve lunch as well which I obviously won't offer out of a hut.  Thanks!
