Back bar layout. We have been in business for a few years, we moved in to an old Restaurant space, so dishwashing was at the other end of the café. We are looking into placing a small three bin sink up front so we can keep caught up on dishes without the third person…..I’m hoping some of you guys either own or work in a shop that has that set up. I would love to know how it works for you and PLEASE could you send some photos of your set up.
