Coffee Drinks - A Book by Michael Turback
Cool! I just received my promo copy of "Coffee Drinks" by Michael Turback, published by Ten Speed Press. The book is very cool, and is filled with tons of recipes resembling some of the best signature drinks I have either seen at competitions or have heard of. Congrats to all the great baristas who had their recipes published, I saw many fellow bXers in the pages.I enjoyed my conversations with Michael when he was starting to bring this book to fruition and I thank him for writing about such a fun niche of the coffee industry.
Anyway, I love the book and it is a must have for any barista or coffee shop owner! My best wishes for the success of your book Michael!

I have to say his Hot Chocolate book has some pretty good drink recipes as well.

I have this book and have made a few recipes out of it and have been pretty pleased. It was nice to see how some of the drinks in the WBC were actually made since they usually don't really go over an ingredient list.
