Coffee Roaster Salary?
I realize this is a very subjective question depending on the persons experience, size of company etc but could some of you give me some idea of what a coffee roaster working full time and who is not a partner in the company should expect to be paid?

Having debated this subject at length with other roasters over years gone by, I can confirm these numbers are very much on the low side. Us roasters quite often get forgotten abut by barista, so its nice to see such a specific question pop up so we can all throw in an answer or two ;)
