Event Description
This saturday I will be hosting a coffee tasting at my shop in the Chicago lakeview area. It will consist of 2 pulped natural coffees and 2 washed. 1 of the pulped natural and 1 of the washed come from the same farm in Panama and consist of the same varietal grown at the same elevation. The other pulped natural is a sweet Brazil and the other washed is super new crop El Salvador that is not released yet. It should be a neat opportunity to take a good look at how processing effects a coffee. If you can make it the whole thing starts at 6 pm at the Broadway intelligentsia just south of Belmont.
