first: bigger cup is better and easyer to draw in, i mean wich has wide surface. my cups in the vid are 250ml (about 8oz).
pouring into a small cappuccino cup (150-180ml) is much more harder.

my english isn't perfect, i think the good word is 'slant' the cup. ??? ...vertical angle...
if the cup has this position, and 1/2 or 2/3 full, you can put the pitcher spout closer to the surface. when it has the optimal distance will begin to draw.

thin foam increase the shapness

good luck
