working on rossetas, i think it wouldve turned out btter if i actually used espresso. (since im not aloud t waste beans i make immatation espresso with chocolate that i put some tea tap water into and some sort of powder to emulate a crema. just so happens t be cinnamon here.

yea, but it was test some funky chocolate we arent using anymore that we were getting rid of, prettyt much high fructose corn syrup and sugar with some chocolate in it.

so on that premise its more cost efective.

but still, without doing math it boggles my mind that espresso would cost less being that its like 42 dollars for 5 pounds. ill have to look into it.

Milk and chocolate has cost you much more than the coffee you would have used. So whoever told you not to waste the coffee, but allows you to pour milk chocolate down the drain, should do the math.

If you want to simulate with very little expense, use real espresso, but simulate milk with water to which you ad a single drop of dish soap for micro bubbles.
